Season 1 - Shelley Williams

In Season 1 we are inspired by the elements of Nature - Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether - as well as by the energies of the Sun and the Moon. In these dynamic, fluid, and invigorating sequences we connect with these energetic guides to help us feel vibrant, strong, and alive.

Season 2 - Lara Estrada

This season we explore the process of Manifestation, from connecting into your here and now to working through challenges you may face when stepping out of your comfort zone and into your vision. In each 30 minute practice, we’ll balance a light and playful heart with strong and powerful movement.

Season 3 - Maeve McCaffrey

Possibilities exist with exploration. In Season 3, we approach yoga poses that are both powerful and challenging as simply making shapes. We explore where poses can be grounding or light, shifting postures to accommodate where we are at this time and replacing intimidation with empowerment. You will find yourself doing something you didn’t know you could do! You will feel stronger, more confident, and interested in your journey and your path.
