(waves crashing) Hello, and welcome to season four of the Vinyasa Show. I'm excited to share eight classes with you, and they're eight separate experiences, so they're not building on each other, so you can do them in any order. Each class will start with a grounding and then will move into repetition and a rhythmic flow, just to start to get out of our heads, into our hearts, and really get present. Then we'll start to move into a creative flow, and for most of the classes we'll either move into a peak pose or have a general focus. And within these classes we'll start to tap into how we react to resistance and how we can bring more love, more ease into those places.
So your practice is a very personal journey. So what I'm offering is simply that, just an offering. So at any time, you can turn it up, you can turn it down to really suit your needs and to make it your own. so I'm excited to share these practices with you, and I look forward to seeing you on your mat.
