Shelley Williams , unfortunately, I could feel an injury coming on, so I decided to take a short break and start up again more slowly. I also seem to be having lots of leg pain and minor swelling in my left calf. I think it's related to developing vericose veins that I need to get checked out. Aging makes it all a little more complicated! Let me know if you have any suggestions based on your experience!

I come back to this practice over and over again when I am tight or feeling depleted and it always does the trick. Especially great is the pose toward the end where you lay on your side arcing over the bolster while grabbing your wrist - feels amazing! Thank you so much for this one.
