thank you so much for this practice and teaching, it's so soothing to hear you telll the stories with all of your descriptive words; cashmere, silk, luxurious, ... and the mention of breathing into the bone marrow.. it's so helpful to be reminded  of the possibility to relax even more and let even more go.  thank you so much
