Hi Alana,
What a lovely session this was...came home tonight a bit frazzled and put "gentle floor" into search----i was surprised that i had never seen this before, i wonder if it was unconsciously not identifying as senior that made me pass it by!! - wow am I glad I found it tho....it was perfect- for everyone Id say !
