Hi, I've just started the challenge. Day 1 was great. Thank you so much, loved it. I am not new to yoga, but I always find it useful hearing different people explaining how to get to those basis asanas, always figuring out something new for myself, taking notice of something I was not aware before. Thank you again for explanations and positive energy. =)

I just started the challenge today because I am in search of ways to decrease my low back pain and when I do yoga I have feel great and have a significant reduction in pain and stiffness. I plan on sticking with the challenge and changing my life. Thank you, I really enjoyed this video!!
