Appreciated the nuances of boat pose today and trying to keep my abdominal wall and pelvis in place. Not easy when you really put your mind too it. Surprised by pigeon as always if I’m out of practice. Def. utilized the blanket under my hips for support. Looking forward to more. And as always a great mind release and exercise. Thank you!
I am loving your core and strength focus, I know I will benefit greatly from this new awareness. I also have lower back issues and appreciate pulling the tail down a bit and overarching cues!
