Thank you for this 30 Day Challenge. I started it a few days ago when COVID-19 decided to keep us all at home. This is just what I need right now. Perfect 30 min time length to do during work breaks. Feeling strong and giving me something positive to focus on. A million thanks for guiding us.
Nathan, i love the practice but I’m having issues with each challenges release to me. I live overseas in Tel Aviv, Israel. I want each challenge to be in my mailbox when I get up. I can’t seem to get that to work. Pls advise so i can do the workouts in the morning my time which is nightime in the US. Much appreciate, Hildy
