I'm sorry, but I didn't enjoy it :( It was way to quick. You are moving too fast into a next pose. I couldn't catch up with you.

I hear you, Joanna . Thanks for the feedback. It helps with the overall experiment/ exploration of offering the same flow so many different ways. I hope you found a style that felt good in your body. (I tend to like to move slower also. ; )  Be well.
