Hi Katie H ! First of all, it's absolutely Amazing that you making time for YOU to practice! "Humbled" is such a brilliant word to describe the process of regaining strength and stability after pregnancy and birth. In my experience it takes time, especially after 40. The bridge work is so helpful and really works. Have you tried Episode 5: Refresh Your Shoulders? We get into the shoulders and neck to create more space and find relief. This practice is good for all women and as we age we need it even more!  Thank you for it.  I benefit for many of your focused practices like neck and shoulders.
