This did help me but I must have a lot of tension in my neck shoulders as it hurt in my scapulas, traps and neck area. Not a bad pain just very notable tension.
Oh, Ashley, I am sorry to hear. maybe try the exercise at 65% effort next time and pause a little longer in between sides to notice if its the right medicine for you.

This was wonerful for my neck & shoulders. I love the neck stretch along with the shoulder rotation, had some intense feelings that actually went down my arms. Great practice, grateful for your gentle and observant teachings.
This was my first practice with YogaAnytime and loved it! I had shoulder surgery last year and this will be great to keep that area strong and aware. I am leaving an area where I can practice with a group and Kira Sloane you are just what I was looking for to continue practicing while living on the boat this winter. I will not have internet after Dec. but feel like I can get some routines together with your help.
