Nuria combines her love of yoga and meditation with spiritual principles, her own experience, and a her lifelong quest to understand the true nature of the self.
Her in-depth training, skill, and authenticity are features of her style, both in and out of the yoga studio.
For as long as she can remember, Nuria has known that her mission in life is to alleviate suffering in the world. She quickly realized that the fastest and most direct way to alleviate suffering was to work on the individual's mind, body and spirit. Nuria empowers her clients to live authentic and abundant lives. She believes that we all have the potential to heal our core wounds, step into our power and lead lives full of purpose and joy.
She credits her success both in healing herself and assisting others on their path, to her determination to get to the bottom of the matter, unwavering belief in the power of yoga and her incredible teachers and mentors.
Nuria earned a Bachelors in Anthropology from UC Berkeley, is a certified Reiki Master and ER500 Yoga Teacher in the lineage of Krishnamacharya. She’s studied asana, pranayama, meditation and philosophy with many senior and inspiring teachers including Heather Elton, Emil Wendel, Robert P. Goldman, John Weddepohl, Rachel Zinman and more.
