I'm interested if I should be doing the same thing as u bc I have bad PTSD and have been getting out of rhythm for about a week loosing my breath.i started yoga with a book of postures and detailed instructions s a blanket lol back 4 years ago it helped my chronic health issues so much my Dr was shocked wen I went back to see him and happy so was I because I finally found th onne thing Ioved in life
It helped my ashma balance muscles everything I also read four sutras reference book as well daily to learn more about why I was doing it
