Both episodes were excellent. I am a writer, so I sit at a desk for many hours, and for the rest of my waking hours, I sit on the floor, because I learn Indian classical vocal music, and one has to sit to sing. In other words, I sit a lot, which is not good for my back. TheseĀ  made a big difference immediately. I plan to keep returning to them.
