Hattie welcomes us to Season 1 of Yoga for Back Pain. This season, we explore a mind-body approach to working with back pain and cultivating greater strength, mobility, and resilience. Together we move mindfully through eight 30-minute anatomy-focused sequences, inspired by physical therapy exercises to help you discover physical and emotional relief and comfort.
