(waves crashing) Hello, welcome to the Power Hour, my name is Sarah Lowe and I am super excited to be here with you to share these practices. There are five 60 minute practices designed to build heat in your body, to get you moving, to help build a little bit of integrity and awareness in your body so that you can move from a place of stability, a place of strength. There are classes for backbends, classes that help you work on the splits, hips, hamstrings, classes with inversions, going upside down, playing with a little bit of balance. But wherever you are in your practice, it doesn't matter, it's an all levels class, so you can take it as you like. You can always pause, get yourself sorted out, figure out what feels right for you, and just take things one breath at a time.

It's flowing, so you can move from the inhale to the exhale, one posture to the other. But really finding that balance from inside, so that you feel strong here, which in turn, helps you feel strong when you're off the mat. So my hope is that these practices not only help you feel strong in your body, but strong off the mat, building confidence, building some pride, some integrity for you. I'm super excited for you to practice with me. I look forward to hearing from you, thank you so much.
