Where there is a will, there is a way. Anuradha explores the sound "i" (pronounced "eee"), which is the sound of our focus, will, and vital energy. Carry the vibrations of the sound "i" into your being and notice the transformative effects.
Dearest Maria Elena, so glad you are here and enjoying the Mantra Show. While mantra is a practice in itself, you can play with allowing the sounds to lengthen your exhales in the asana practice. Play with audibly and eventually silently chanting the sounds. You can also direct the sounds to particular areas of your body in more passive postures. Maybe Anuradha will have other ideas. Love, Kira
Dear Maria Elena, Thank you for sharing your encouraging feedback! Glad to know that these sounds are resonating with you. As Kira Sloane mentioned, you could play with the lengths of the sounds and see how it influences your breath and also 'touch' different parts of your body internally as well as externally with these sounds. I would also suggest that you try playing with these sounds in your daily life like when you are cooking or driving or just doing nothing in particular to see how they can change the quality of your mind stuff and subtly tune your being to your inner self and connect to the cosmos as well. These sounds are powerful links to unite us to our real self which can then open up new dimensions of our being. Try to chant them as often as you can and all life will become Yoga - as Sri Aurobindo, a philosopher Sage from South India said. Enjoy the journey of transformation :)
