Ayurveda, the science of life, gives us ancient wisdom that empowers us to take charge of our personal wellness and self-care. Together we will continue to explore practices to help you feel more like yourself. The practices are inspired by the rasas, or the tastes of Ayurveda. They are sweet, salty, sour, pungent, bitter, and astringent. Each one has a different effect to help support and balance you in your daily life.
