The ancient wisdom of Ayurveda empowers us to take charge of our personal wellness and self-care. In Season 2, Ali will guide us through talks and vinyasa practices inspired by the Ayurvedic rasas, or tastes, to help support and balance our daily lives.

Season 3 - The Vayus

Find a true state of balance. In Season 3, we explore the 5 Vayus or winds. Ali guides us in asana and pranayama practices designed to cultivate an awareness of the subtle energies within our bodies while facilitating the circulation of Prana or life force to support overall wellness and relationship with self.
