Look around the room where you are. Look all around the room and name everything that's blue. Look any shade of blue, anything, name it. Water bottle, blue jeans, backpack, name all the things that are blue. Now look around the room and start to name all the things that begin with the letter C. So look around the room, look at all the things. Ceiling, cup, anything that starts with the letter C. These are two great practices to use when you are in a full meltdown, full mental spiral, anxiety, panic. You're at the store, you're at work, you're driving and something triggers you and you need to come back. Be in the moment, be where you are, be with what's actually happening now. Name all the things that are any color, name all the things that start with any letter.
