Meditation is available anytime, anywhere. All we need to do is get comfortable, pay attention, and remain curious, becoming more relaxed and more receptive so that meditation may naturally occur. In season one of Welcome to Meditation, we experiment and play with 10-minute guided meditations that build progressively. Together we explore and play with simple techniques to draw our attention inwards, honing our capacity of trust and ease with what is. So happy to be here together. Thank you.
