Welcome to Season 1 of Dynamic Flow on Yoga Anytime. My name is Robert Sudodi. We film these practices live every Tuesday afternoon from my home on Martha's Bend. The practices are designed to move you, stretch you, strengthen you, and to have a good time in doing so. I'm so happy you're here. See you soon.

Ahhh Robert.  I'm so out of it and have been sedentary since Covid started.  My yoga practice has suffered and I'm not sure if I can even do an hour.  However, my body is so out of wack I have to start somewhere. Here it goes. I'm sure I will be modifying a lot. I will let you know how well I survive your first class. Holly

Awesome!!!! I’m committed to practicing before work. After a couple days I overslept this morning. That is a huge bonus because I don’t sleep well at night. In addition my muscle stiffness is beginning to subside. Thank you.

Hey Robert. I’ve just found these.  I’ve been redoing your 30 day challenges through lockdown and I’m soooooo glad I’ve found some more Robert yoga. looking forward to starting soon

I've been searching for something different that I can still do without hurting myself being somewhat up there in age with a hip replacement.  But I've been doing yoga for quite some time, got certified, covid hit and been doing yoga anytime for awhile.  I did one of your classes in season 2 and really loved the freshness of it and how you stretched muscles I needed and balanced it with strengthening.  I look forward to  starting this season and hope I gain strentgh, release, and build up muscles w/o injury so i'll be modifying!  Thank you!
