Welcome back. Thank you Matt and Sarah and Juna for being here. And we'll take a look at Half Moon now, Ardachandrasana, a balanced posture. And so as we have the gift of being able to witness our friends move into the posture, can you receive this gift and really learn? Okay, so as you guys are ready we'll start by stepping the left foot back and then really pay attention to how our friends organize. Like notice how they set up, notice how Matt is choosing to use a brick. And as each of them lifts up, okay, like pay attention to what they've done with their hands, with their chest, with their gaze, with their legs, with their arms. Beautiful. Juna and Sarah, I'll ask you guys to stay there just a little bit longer. Matt, if you feel ready you can find your way back towards child's pose Ardachandrasana. And so just take a look at our friends Juna and Sarah for a few more moments and just really notice like, notice the relationship of their low back, where they've chosen to put their hips, and how high they've chosen to lift their legs. Just take a few more moments to really appreciate how the differences in our two friends results in a different expression of the posture. So beautiful, each of you. Last few moments, gorgeous. Okay, as you each feel cooked you can find yourself through standing splits maybe, Uttanasana. And then you can join Matt back in child's pose as it feels right. And so again just to remind you, sometimes it's fun to listen to the instructions, okay, and play with the instructions. And sometimes it's really useful just to notice how you're actually doing the posture. If you have a great benefit of being allowed to witness another's practice, I highly suggest it. Because as we actually develop the capacity to see another, okay, then we develop the capacity to see reality. Thanks for being here. Love.
