Wade welcomes us to Season 2 of Joyful Flow. This season we move through 60 minute energizing, empowering, and playful flows that focus on creating pathways to Joy. Together we will build strength for balance and stability, explore freedom and rotation of the joints, and generate heat to inspire a shift in perspective, to help you feel more optimistic, uplifted, connected to your body, and excited to show up to the mat.
