Lydia welcomes us to Season 1 of Fluid Strength. In this first season we move through 60 minute creative and dynamic sequences designed to create more strength in the body and the mind. We explore precise and fluid movement to strengthen the legs, mobilize the joints, and free the spine, followed by a pranayama practice to balance and calm the nervous system.
