YAY!! I was so stoked to see this in "new episodes"!
Hi everyone! I am really excited to bring this season forward. The Alignment Principles are something that I have been wanting to share for a while now. The benefits and connection to the practice through these guiding principles can be profound. That said, these lessons are just the beginning. Every time you put them to practice, something new can emerge. You can see and feel more because you have a guiding light. Practice is the key :)
