In Season 2, we will build on the foundations of Season 1 with new asana, deeper meditation, and expanded awareness of the stillness within. These 45-minute practices will be challenging, strengthening, and deeply restorative.

In Season 3, we learn to move intelligently and intentionally to awaken the healing benefits of the yoga asanas. These 45 minute routines explore and integrate 5 key principles, building progressively to give you an inner framework of support for our ever expanding awareness.
