Alana welcomes us to Season 1 of Outdoor Yoga Flows. Together we flow through 30-minute yoga practices at a mindful and groovy pace, designed to stretch, energize, and invigorate you. We play with sun salutations, strengthening standing and balancing postures, fluid backbends, and satisfying stretches to release sticky spots in the body. This flow of energy and awareness will support your daily life.
