Hi. I'm Justin Randolph, and this is season six of Yin yoga on yoga anytime. This season, I've created recipes for specific areas of the body and desired energies. Whether you need a little or a lot, there is something for you. We're using down regulation to inspire creating space, finding ease, and cultivating awareness. Ultimately, in awareness, we find choice, and choice is intention.
