Whatever we practice we get better at, welcome, I'm Elana, and this is season three of gentle yoga on yoga anytime. Together, we explore what it feels like to move gently from a place of inner strength, curiosity and ease to cultivate deeper awareness and self compassion. In this season, we practice moving mindfully and deliberately to lengthen, strengthen, energize, improve our balance and align from within. We explore slow rhythmic flows and standing seated and supine shapes that are grounding, centering, and calming. These gentle yet energizing practices are designed to promote mobility, offer relief from pain and increase our capacity for self love and acceptance so that we can be our most authentic self.
