Hello, everybody. I'm Dalton Grant, and welcome to the map for season seven of the thirty minute vinyasa yoga show. This season, the goal is simple. Breathe and move. That connection of breath to motion is the heart of vinyasa.
This really is the practice, and it's dedicated to intentional mindful movement. We'll be flowing through deep twists, focusing on hips and hamstrings, doing some strong core work and playing with our hands. We have thirty minutes to party together, so every sequence is built to maximize the time. I created these sequences with the intention of pulling your mind away from actions and anchoring you right here right now in the present moment. That's the real work.
Being aware of the present moment as you move in your body. I hope you step off the mat feeling freaking awesome showing up with sincerity, but never serious, and, of course, strong and sweaty. So I'll see you on the mat for our first flow.
