The initial homework assignment was to meditate comfortably in bed. Now Erich invites us to start meditating "officially" at some point throughout the day. He instructs us to park it, sit-up straight, and find our stillness. He then invites us to "relax, breathe, and pay attention to your actual now experience."
thank you for bringing up the fact of letting people off the hook for not loving me enough that is so huge!!! alot of wasted time of my life on holding on to that ! Now i can have that be the goal of this whole meditation thing feeling that love!!! thank you erich for teaching that!
