thank you so much for bringing my awareness to my upper chest. I have been so focused on brining my breath to my belly for deep breathing, that I didn't realize I was holding it there and not allowing it to flow upwards! and its made a noticeable difference. :) thank you Robert! this was really nice!

Haha! I just googled it.... "Further" Versus "Farther" The quick tip is to use “farther” for physical distance and “further” for metaphorical, or figurative, distance. It's easy to remember because “farther” has the word “far” in it, and “far” obviously relates to physical distance.
