thank you so much for bringing my awareness to my upper chest. I have been so focused on brining my breath to my belly for deep breathing, that I didn't realize I was holding it there and not allowing it to flow upwards! and its made a noticeable difference. :) thank you Robert! this was really nice!

Haha! I just googled it.... "Further" Versus "Farther" The quick tip is to use ā€œfartherā€ for physical distance and ā€œfurtherā€ for metaphorical, or figurative, distance. It's easy to remember because ā€œfartherā€ has the word ā€œfarā€ in it, and ā€œfarā€ obviously relates to physical distance.
