Hello Robert yes I am still practising daily im doing the 14 day challenge its been great for me and yes I really got a lot out of the 30 day challenge the question I would like to ask you is it ok fot me to practise yoga daily im 61 do you have any advise for me I must I feel great after practising yoga thankyou so much and you handerful day

Good job ! thanks rob mate, that was a very cool 30 days indeed - and i even almost did the 10 pushups hahaha! i loved your comment about paying attention to where the yoga shows up off the mat - my main focus really these days so it was blinding to really tone up and strengthen - especially arms, as a wee bonus! i will check out some of your other classes and look forward to practising with you again - gracias for all the sweet encouragement and gentle smiles! loveandpeacexxxx

Hello Nopera, I'm glad you enjoyed the 30 Day challenge and are now doing the 14 day, good for you! Generally, given you don't have any injuries, practicing everyday is great and suggested! Now with that said, the practice may very from day to day, one day you might do a more challenging sequence and feel sore the following day, so that day you'll want to do something more restorative and mellow. I do some kind of yoga everyday, it's like my body depends on it in order to move optimally throughout the day:)) I'd say keep it moderate, listen to your body, if you are fatigued take it easy and enjoy some relaxing sequences. Thank you so much for 30 days of positivity, encouragement and most of all thank you for these awesome practices with the right explanations which make us feel we are physically with you in the room. My wife took me to Morocco this winter to a yoga retreat(first class ever for me) and since then I have been practicing on and off. Completing the challenge with you feels good and makes me want to pursue! All the best my friend! Greetings from Paris
