"Feel your presence..." That was a cool way to enter a quiet Savasana. My mind veered creatively and happily after that. My joints were grumpy in the first few asanas. It wasn't until Wild Thing (I think I love you) that things opened up.
Thanks for the new hip openers. I could improvise and get the most out of them, treating left and right as equal partners trying to find the best savasana. The dolphin poses from yesterday were definitely a felt-sense today! Lots of changes over these 17 days!
