I really enjoyed the warrior challenge! I can definitely feel that I'm making progress in my practice. Looking forward to the rest of the 30 day challenge!
I really am enjoying this Nathan. You bring competence and also an understanding of how to invite physical enjoyment into challenging poses. I almost did not practice today but your energy brought me back to the mat. Thank you!

I'm revisiting this challenge. It's such a good one!
A problem that I'm having is when I reach back to grab my foot, I get a charlie-horse in the back of that thigh. A strap helps me to complete the pose but, would like to find a way to get there (eventually) on my own because right now, I don't get very far before my muscle seizes up. Any suggestions?
