The Four Goals of Life

This season is focused on the 4 purusharthas, or goals of life in Hindu philosophy: dharma, artha, kama, and moksha. We explore these concepts through both asana and reflection, as a method of finding balance between purpose, work, pleasure, and spiritual connection. Together, we will move through 4 active practices to attend the physical body, and 4 internal practices to honor the subtle body, and look at how to integrate these goals so you can make the changes you need in any stage of your life.

Im so grateful to have you here to encourage me to build perseverance...it is sooo exactly what I need at the moment. I thought I wouldnt be able to " keep up" at several points but I just breathed out, held on and continued. Thank you Ali
