Jani continues his journey through the bandhas moving upward in the body. He again walks us through the Ha (compressive) and Tha (expansive) forms of each bandha beginning with those of the pelvic floor—Mula, Muladhara, and Svadhishthana Bandhas—before moving through the Kati Bandha of the hips and Uddiadha Bandha of the core.
