(waves lapping) Hello. Welcome to Yoga for Our Nature, season three. My name is Melina Meza and I'm happy to introduce to you a whole bunch of classes to help you get to know your dosha and to celebrate your unique constitution. I have classes created for you to help you slow down and unwind, to deal with the stressors of life with some playful practices and I also have some great classes in this new series to help you boost your energy naturally. So hopefully you'll feel your best after exploring your doshas and using these as tools to stay healthy in the seasons to come.
