(waves crashing) Let's feel good in our bodies. These practices are going to allow you to release any tension that we're holding in different parts of our bodies. We're going to unwind our neck. You're going to feel the sweetness in the side body. You're going to feel that release through the hips and the buttocks and the legs.

These practices are made for you to feel better and more at home within yourself. They're accessible, they're shorter, they're able to fit into our lives so that you can release, let go, and just return. So thank you so much for joining me. Welcome to season two of the Sweet Flow Show.
