Namaste friends, welcome to this season of 30-Minute Flow Show. My name is Linda Baffa and I'm so excited to have you here joining me on the mat. You're going to experience some refreshing, invigorating, and really challenging at times flows. They're all going to be 30 minutes long, so just enough to get your practice in and then get on with your day. And my hope is that you really connect to your breath, there'll be a lot of dynamic movement, one breath per movement, and just to feel the journey on your mat.

Also, a lot of emphasis on core work and really connecting to your power center and finding that strength within you to just keep you connected to who you are, why you're here, what you need to receive. I look forward to connecting with you, feel free to drop a comment and let me know how you feel about the practices or if you have any questions, and enjoy your practice.
