The arc of existence bends towards freedom and self-expression. Sadia guides us in gentle side and back bending to open space for the breath, a thoughtful standing sequence to activate the legs and hips, and sweet forward folds where we may practice quieting the senses in Pratyahara. You will feel engaged and soft.

I find that translation of pratyahara as ‘going to the source’ of the senses, rather than withdrawing the senses, much more meaningful and intuitive. Sadia, your warmth and wisdom is so engaging and radiates outwards. Thank you for sharing these qualities with us.
