Laura opens with Pran Mudra (Life Connection) and creates space in our hips with a dynamic pigeon pose. She guides us in the sweetest sequence combining Pran Mudra with heart opening of Ustrasana (Camel Pose). We then move into standing postures from the ground up, exploring Trikonasna (Triangle Pose), Parsvakonasana, (Side Angle Pose), and Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose). This practice results in a new relationship with the energetics deep within.
