Hi, friends. Welcome to this meditation practice that is going to support the energy of Mars. The planet of Mars is essentially the planet of action. So we wanna feel energized, and we want to feel this sense of initiating and going after what we want. So we'll start with breath of fire.
Breath of fire is a rapid inhale and exhale audible through the nose, sort of sounds like a dog panting. We'll do three rounds. I will count you through it. Go ahead and close your eyes. You might want a tissue nearby.
Let me just find a comfortable seats. Tall spine, shoulders back. Put your hand on your belly and start to begin rapid inhales and exhales through your nose and feel the belly contracting and expanding. This is a very energizing breath. Keep going.
Keep going for 10 for nine eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one, exhale all the air out. Take a deep breath in, hold the breath at the top, feel that energy, feel that lift in your lungs, in your heart, open mouth exhale, let it all go. I let your palms face up on your thighs and just feel yourself open to receiving the energy that comes from breath of fire. Good. And then let's do it again. You can just keep your hands where they are.
Or if you liked having one on your belly, go ahead and place it there and begin rapid inhales and exhales through the nose. Keep going. Keep going. 10. Nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one, exhale all the air out.
Take a deep breath in, holding the breath in at the top, hold it, hold it, hold it. Long exhale let it go. Good. And then just pause. Notice how you feel.
This breath just really gives us a nice kick in the pants. We're gonna do it one more time. And this time, as I'm counting down, I want you to feel sort of like that rocket ship blast off energy at the end. Okay? So go ahead and start, wrap it inhales and exhale through the nose. Ten nine eight seven six five four three two one.
Exhale everything up. Inhale deeply. Hold the breath in. XL everything out. And close your eyes and just sit. And be with the energy.
Good. And then blink your eyes open. We'll do one more breaths practice just a couple of these. It's just a long inhale, and then you're gonna take another inhale on top of that to really get some oxygen into your lungs, and then it's a very long exhale to let it go. Okay? I'll guide you through it. Go ahead and exhale everything out.
Take a deep breath in. Fill up. Fill up. Fill up. And then sip a little bit more air on top of that as much air as you can take in. Hold it in. And exhale let it go.
Okay. Take a couple recovery breaths. And then again, exhale everything out. Take a nice slow inhale, filling up, filling up, all the way up to the top of the breath, and then sip a little bit more air in, in, in, in. And release it all the way out. Good. Bring a prayer to your hearts.
Let this be a gesture of intention. Ask yourself what do I need? What do I want? Something specific that you are calling in right here right now. A word, a feeling, a goal, plant it in your mind's eye, drop it down into your heart, put it into that prayer. Let it be an offering. Claim it. Want it.
Ask for it. And then use the words I am or I have before it. Stating it in a positive present way, taking action right here right now, claiming it in a positive present way. Say it three times in your mind. I am or I have.
And then I want you to turn your palms out. Just facing forward. And I want you to really visualize this intention, this goal in your life in your mind's eye. Really see it in full detail. See yourself living with this intention.
Right? See yourself having this goal. Notice if anyone's there. Notice what you're wearing. Notice the expression on your face. Notice how you feel.
And if there's anything that is coming up for you that's in the way that's not allowing you to really claim this or feel this, or if you see any obstacles on the journey to get to this place, I want you to just move your hands and just slightly, like, push them away, push them away away from you out of your sphere of energy Keep your eyes closed and just removing. Removing. If you want, it can be kind of aggressive. It can be like a push, push, push, push, push, push. Or maybe it's just that feeling of stop. No.
Thank you. You are not welcome. So Mars Energy is a fighting energy. It's aggressive at times. It's a warrior, and it is there to help you fight.
For what you want. Feel free to keep your hands as they are or release them down. And just close your eyes. Continue this feeling, this inward feeling of owning and claiming and going after what you want. You're welcome to stay here as long as you'd like, as long as you need.
