Hi, friends. Welcome. Today, we bring in Venus Energy, which is all about love and beauty and harmony and quality and care and luxury and all these really yummy things. And in order to get into that place, we are going to start with a breath practice known as Samavriti or box breathing. And basically the breath will be in four distinct parts there will be even count for the inhale and even count for a hold of the inhale and even count for the exhale and even count for the hold of the exhale. I will talk you through it.
Go ahead and close your eyes. And if it's helpful, you can visualize a box or a square out in front of you. And we'll go ahead and exhale all the air out of the lungs and we'll inhale for four up one side of the box, three, two, one, hold the breath for four, three, two, one, exhale for three, two, one, hold the breath for three, two, one. Inhale for three, two, one, hold four, three, two, one, exhale four, three, two, one, halts for three, two, one. Inhale for three, two, one, hold for three, two, one, exhale four, three, two, one, hold for three, two, one. One more time.
Inhale. Three, two. One, hold for three, two. One, exhale for three, two. One, hold, four, three, two, one. And just breathe naturally in and out at your own pace.
Sit with the effects. Notice how you feel. Maybe you feel a little more balanced, a little more harmony within you, taking time for quality breaths. Quality moments of simply being in this meditation, caring for yourself loving yourself here now. And we'll now move into a meditation known as the mirror meditation, and I want you to just sit with your eyes closed and visualize yourself in a circular room full of mirrors.
Mirrors are all around you and above you and below you basing you. And just pretend this is like an octagon of mirrors, let's say. So eight mirrors all around you. And just sitting in your meditation visualize yourself seeing yourself in one of the mirrors. Maybe notice what you're wearing today and what your hair looks like and maybe the last time you looked in a mirror and just see yourself sitting in meditation, and look at your eyes, and say the words mentally, I love you. And see your reflection saying them back.
And this is, again, just a visualization. So go with me here and do your best. Go to the second mirror and see your reflection. Maybe the reflection feels a little smudgy. You can wipe it down.
Maybe it's not very clear, and that's okay. But do your best to see yourself. And to mentally say the words. I love you. And then go to the third mirror.
And once again, see your reflection. Do your best. Mentally saying the words I love you and hearing visualizing yourself saying them back to you. And keep going around to all the mirrors, seeing your reflection, hearing, and feeling these words in your mind's eye, I love you. And as you stay with this visualization.
Let your shoulders drop down. Let your face soften. Feel your breath. And now pause on the visualization of seeing yourself and just imagine that the mirror above you opens up, right? Like a portal of energy and a waterfall starts to pour down. A stream of water starts to pour from the top mirror down through you, down through the top of your head and into your brain and into your body and into your cells and into your bloodstream.
This waterfall of energy is pouring down through you and going all the way down, down, down. And then the bottom mirror below you opens up, and I want you to visualize a vacuum, and this vacuum is sucking out the old stale dirty water that's moving through you. So you can imagine this water is just cleansing and purifying and harmonizing every part of you scraping away any pain, any dull spots, any sticky spots, any dramas, just flushing them through, and the vacuum at the bottom is sucking them out. That old stale, dirty water releasing out of you. Stay with the visualization.
Feel your breath. And then the top mirror closes. The remaining water flushes through you and the bottom mirror closes, everything is sucked out and you are in this room full of mirrors feeling clean, pure, spacious. Now imagine in your mind's eye, the mirror is now face the opposite direction away from you. So you are left in this blank space, this spacious space.
And now feel those words. I love you radiating outward to the rest of the world. To anyone in your life that needs it. I love you. I love you.
And you're in this safe space protected by any energy that might wanna come through and just allow the following words to resonate. In your mind's eye. In your heart. Only what is for my highest good comes through. Everything else is reflected back to its source with love.
One more time. Only what is for my highest good comes through. Everything else is reflected back to its source with love. Let's stay here for a few more moments. Soft breath.
