Welcome friends. Today, we are calling in the energy of the sun. The sun is bright and vibrant and it's Basically, your core identity, right? The sense of self that just radiates in every part of who you are and your external expression in this world. And it's what makes you you, what makes you unique. So today, we will harness this energy and channel it and feel it inside ourselves.

Let's start by closing the eyes and you can bring your thumb and your index fingers to touch into Yanamudra And just allow this gesture of knowledge of innate wisdom to move through you. Right? Circulating your energy inside yourself. Feel your breath, your natural effortless breath, your prana, your life force. And visualize the sun shining on you, giving you life. And from the moment you were born, you were here, you are here for a reason.

Your purpose, your light, your unique expression deserves to be felt, in this world, in this universe, in this solar system on this planet. Let your shoulders roll back. Let your heart be open. And we're just gonna start to bring in ujjayi breath, ujjayi Praniyam. Sometimes we know this breath as the breath of the yoga practice, the flow practice, We use it in our asana practice, but rarely do we just use it as its own form of breath practice and it's a beautiful breath practice to find balance and calm and center yourself and really honor and acknowledge the prana, the life force that moves through you.

So simply, you'll just start to breathe a little slower and a little deeper And you'll start to feel a subtle constriction in the back of your throat as you slow down the breath. This happens naturally. You don't have to force it and you can just hear and feel the breath at the back of the throat. Maybe you hear a soft whispery sound. Both on the inhale and the exhale as you softly slowly control your breath.

Stay with the Uji Praniyama few more rounds. Slow and steady, connected breaths. Two more. And now just allow your breath to move effortlessly naturally in and out. No need to control it in any way.

And now we will bring in the sound of all sounds, the sound of om, and the sound of om is said to connect us to the universal energy that is all around us and within us. So it's a way of connecting ourselves to divinity, to god, to whatever you wanna call this greater source of existence. Feel free to listen or join me for three sweet ohms. Go ahead and take a deep breath in. And sit here with the vibration. Natural effortless breaths, soft face, soft shoulders, the simplicity of just being being in your unique vibrant radiant sun filled lights.

From this place, you're welcome to keep your hands as they are or put your hands one on top of each other at your naval, at your belly, at the source of self in your body, where the sun fire lies, where your ego lies in the third chakra energy center of your body here, feel and say the words internally I am. I am. I am Maybe you can state some of your unique qualities that are you. Or maybe you just feel those words I am with nothing to follow. Nothing needs to follow sometimes.

Maybe it's just I am light. Feel free to stay here. Stay in your meditative state as long as you'd like as long as you need. The world needs your unique lights. Always remember that.
