Melina opens with a talk on Ayurvedic diet and nutrition, and then guides us in a practice to stimulate our digestive system. With an emphasis on relaxing the belly, we begin in a variation of Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclining Bound Angle Pose) and move through a gentle floor sequence before exploring Uddiyana Bandha (Upward Abdominal Lock) and Agni Sara (Fire Cleansing). She guides us through a series of standing twists with a play towards Mayurasana (Peacock Pose) to awaken our guts and get the juices flowing. You will feel energized and cleansed.
