This whole challenge was WONDERFUL! I loved the pacing. The asana choices were original and each practice flowed and felt complete even though it was only 20 minutes long. I am
thinking of just starting over again. I actually chuckled at some of the side comments Robert made. All and all this challenge was great.

Thank you so much Robert for your wisdom and awesome vibes! This challenge began as I began a new job, as well as a career change of sorts. This practice has helped me immensely during this transition. Loved last years 30 day challenge as well, hope to see another next year.
Thanks to everyone on here, sharing their journey as well. It has been a honor to (virtually) practice with y'all :)

Robert - I loved these 30 practices. I feel so calm and content when I do these sequences with you and our friends on here. After the 30 days, I feel more deeply ‘rooted’ and attuned. Often I could do the practices with my eyes closed as I seemed to intuit what was coming next. You’re such a calm, mellow teacher. #2421 was my absolute favourite. Peace and love!
