The breath helps us connect the body and the mind. Jani welcomes us to the first season of his show, Practice with Jani, where he will share eight pranayama practices. Throughout the season, he guides us through four abdominal and four ujjayi breathing techniques and demonstrates how each applies to the asana practice. Each episode explains a different breath technique, explores the pattern seated, and then explores the breath within an asana.
