Sat Naam and welcome to this wonderful meditation for protection and projection from the heart. The Mangala Charan, which is what we're going to be working with, is said to fill your auric field with protective light. And this meditation is also said to give you an enchanting personality and lots of unexpected friends. It's also, I have found personally with this mantra, a really good to chant before you get in the car and start to drive for extra protection. Before I get on a plane, I always chant this mantra. It's really that container that feels like it surrounds you with your guides, your angels and just that extra protection that we may feel we need when we go out into the world. So I'm going to share the mantra with you first. We'll do a call and response and then we'll tune in and then we'll go, I'll show you the movement and we'll go for 11 minutes. So the mantra, the Mangala Charan mantra, Adgure Nameh, Jugadgure Nameh, Satgure Nameh, Siri Gurudev Nameh. The translation is, I bow to the primal wisdom. I bow to the wisdom throughout the ages. I bow to the great unseen wisdom. So as you chant this, whatever it is that you connect with as the divine, as your guides, as your angels, project yourself into it. So whatever it is that you connect with as the divine, your angels, your guides, your ancestors call on them and project yourself into this mantra from the navel. This is where our power is and when we chant, it really helps to chant from that place. So let me take you through the instructions before we tune in and begin. So the neck is going to be neck lock, jalanda bun and very slightly. So you're just pushing the chin back ever so slightly. The hands are in prayer pose, at the heart center and the thumbs are crossed. So we begin here and I'll demonstrate how we move with the mantra. So Adgure Nameh is right here, 60 degrees to infinity. Jugadgure Nameh, bring the hands back to the heart center. Satgure Nameh, out to infinity. Siri Gurudev Nameh, back to the heart center. So one more time, let's do it together. Adgure Nameh, Jugadgure Nameh, Satgure Nameh, Siri Gurudev Nameh. The eyes are closed, focusing at the brow points. Let us begin by tuning in with Aung Namo Gurudev Namo. Place the hands at the heart center, focus the eyes inward, nice straight spine, set yourself and let's inhale to begin. Aung Namo Gurudev Namo Deep inhale, hold a breath, set your intention.

Exhale Exhale, and let's prepare to begin. Adgure Nameh, Jugadgure Nameh, Satgure Nameh, Siri Gurudev Namo Aung Nameh, Jugadgure Nameh, Satgure Nameh, Siri Gurudev Namo Aung Nameh, Satgure Nameh, Siri Gurudev Namo Aung Nameh, Jugadgure Nameh, Satgure Nameh, Siri Gurudev Namo Aung Nameh, Jugadgure Nameh, Satgure Nameh, Siri Gurudev Namo Aung Nameh, Jugadgure Nameh, Satgure Nameh, Siri Gurudev Namo Aung Nameh, Jugadgure Nameh, Satgure Nameh, Siri Gurudev Namo Aung Nameh, Jugadgure Nameh, Satgure Nameh, Siri Gurudev Namo Satgure Nameh, Jugadgure Nameh, Satgure Nameh, Siri Gurudev Namo Aung Nameh, Jugadgure Nameh, Satgure Nameh, Siri Gurudev Namo Aung Nameh, Jugadgure Nameh, Satgure Nameh, Siri Gurudev Namo Aung Nameh, Jugadgure Nameh, Satgure Nameh, Siri Gurudev Namo Aung Nameh, Jugadgure Nameh, Satgure Nameh, Siri Gurudev Namo Aung Nameh, Jugadgure Nameh, Satgure Nameh, Siri Gurudev Namo Aung Nameh, Jugadgure Nameh, Aung Nameh, Jugadgure Nameh, Satgure Nameh, Siri Gurudev Namo Aung Nameh, Jugadgure Nameh, Satgure Nameh, Siri Gurudev Nameh, Aung Nameh, Jugadgure Nameh, Satgure Nameh, Siri Gurudev Nameh, Satgure Nameh, Satgure Nameh, Siri Gurudev Nameh, Aung Nameh, Jugadgure Nameh, Satgure Nameh, Siri Gurudev Nameh. Inhale deeply, holding the breath, projecting to infinity. Powerfully exhale, hold the hands in prayer pose at the heart. Inhale deeply, focus the eyes, feel their protective lights grow in your auric field.

And powerfully exhale, last time, inhale deep, hold the breath, go to the third eye, center yourself, and exhale. Relax the hands in Giyamudra, taking a moment to receive the benefits of this mantra, and be still. Take a deep inhale, exhale, and just remember to use these mantras. Once you know it by heart, take it in your everyday life before you drive, before you go into a situation where you feel certain energies aren't vibing with you, before you get on a plane, before you travel. Protect yourself and work with these mantras, welcome them into your life.

They can really be used in any situation to center yourself, and to really connect to what's beyond what we can see, to connect to the primal wisdom, the true wisdom, and the great unseen wisdom. I hope you enjoyed. I'll see you soon again. Let's bring the hands together and close for a long Sat and a short Naam. Inhale, Sat Naam.

Sukhdev, do you have these statements written out for us to look at and memorize for travel.  I would love to see them written out. My intention to travel safe is important to me as I drive daily and I absolutely love to have this in my heart so I can project to the ancestors and ask for protection. Can we dedicate it to others that are travelling?
